Elluminate Webinars
The online webinar sessions will be held the virtual meeting environment "Elluminate". Prior to each session, your Team Leader will be given a web link to share with all team members. This link will enable one to download the software and access the virtual meeting space.
Each team member will need a computer with a a high speed Internet connection and headset with a mic for each session. It works best if Team Leaders are available to help all team members log in a few hours before the scheduled meeting time. This will identify any issues to troubleshoot in advance.
Someone from PLP will be available one hour prior to each Elluminate session to help make logging in a success.
Team members should not be in the same room during the Elluminate sessions because of audio feedback; however, it is doable (a bit annoying) as long as you each have headsets.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled Elluminate session, please consult the master calendar to see when you might be able to attend a different session with another cohort. Please note that all times on the calendar are US Eastern Time.
